Christmas Treat

Posted in "Christmas Treat", "Merry Christmas" on December 25, 2007 by zethrock

We celebrated our Christmas in our work and there we share some goodies with the children who were with their parent. Every year we have one Santa Claus giving freebies but I thought I want it to be different this year. I requested two Santas, a man and a woman. Our customers were so happy…they enjoy every minute of it. Some took picture of our Santas together with their children. Some kids talked with our Santa, while other children cried when Santa wanted to be near with them. The atmosphere in the branch was so happy since the Christmas is incomplete without Santa giving gifts to people ages from 1 to 02. Merry Christmas to all.

"Simbang Gabi"

Last night was the last mass for the “Simbang Gabi” and I attended the mass together with my wife and my two kids Vetvet and Botbot. “Simbang Gabi” is celebrated for 9 days, I mean 9 nights, to celebrate the birthday of Jesus. They said that if you finished the 9 masses your wish will be granted. Due to my work I only attended the 1st and the last mass…but alas, my 4 year old Vetvet did it. Even if she had a class the following day and it also coincided with her exams she never miss attending the “Simbang Gabi”. After the mass we have our Noche Buena. Unfortunately, my three children was not here, they were in Pampanga with their Ima (Grandmother).

On December the co-workers of my wife celebrated their Christmas party at our house. And on December 22 it was our Christmas party their in Cabuyao. It was so fun filled with singing and dancing, lots of parlor games and most of all everyone were so happy with the gifts and prizes they received. It all happened because of the cooperation of everyone.

Christmas Party!!!

Posted in Christmas, Life at its Best, Tagaytay on December 21, 2007 by zethrock

December is the month when we celebrate Christmas Season. It is the time where everyone attends Christmas Party. Last December 17 we went to Tagaytay together with my co-managers to celebrate our Christmas Party. The place where we spend the party was “Buon Giorno!” which means “Good Day”. The place was so cozy…the smell of the air is so soothing…so cold. It is located over viewing the Taal Volcano but due to fog the scene is quite cloudy. Nevertheless, we have a great meal that night, many jokes and great laughs. I received a present place in a big box from my compadreng Leo which up to now I still don’t know what’s inside.
